لوبين بيقدّم خدمة كروت ولاء رقمية للمحلات في مصر. السياسة دي بتوضّح البيانات اللي بنجمعها، وليه، وإزاي بنحميها. إحنا ملتزمين بقانون حماية البيانات الشخصية المصري رقم ١٥١ لسنة ٢٠٢٠. Loopin provides digital loyalty cards for shops in Egypt. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it. We operate in line with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.

البيانات اللي بنجمعهاWhat we collect

لما تنضم لبرنامج ولاء عن طريق لوبين، بنجمع:When you join a loyalty programme through Loopin, we collect:

• اسمك الأولYour first name
• رقم موبايلكYour mobile number
• بريدك الإلكتروني (اختياري)Your email address (optional)
• سجل زياراتك للمحل: التاريخ والوقت والمكافآتA record of your visits to that shop: dates, times and rewards
• قيمة الفاتورة، في المحلات اللي بتحسب المكافأة بالنقاط أو الكاش باكPurchase amount, where the shop's programme calculates rewards by points or cashback

إحنا ما بنجمعش أي بيانات بنكية أو كروت دفع أو أرقام هوية. ومحفظة موبايلك ما بتشاركش بياناتك معانا. We do not collect payment card details, bank information, or government identifiers. Your phone's wallet does not share your personal data with us.

ليه بنجمعهاWhy we collect it

• عشان نعرف كارتك لما تزور المحلTo recognise your card when you visit the shop
• عشان نحسب مكافآتك ونحدّث الكارت في محفظتكTo calculate your rewards and update the card in your wallet
• عشان نبعتلك إشعار لما رصيدك يتغيّر أو مكافأتك تبقى جاهزةTo notify you when your balance changes or a reward is ready
• عشان نعطي المحل إحصائيات مجمّعة عن عملائهTo give the shop aggregate statistics about its customers

مين بيشوف بياناتكWho can see your data

المحل اللي انضميت لبرنامجه بس هو اللي بيشوف بياناتك عنده. لو عندك كارت في أكتر من محل، كل محل بيشوف زياراتك ليه هو بس، وما يقدرش يعرف إنك عميل عند محل تاني. ده مضمون في تصميم النظام نفسه. Only the shop whose programme you joined can see your data with them. If you hold cards at several shops, each shop sees only your visits to it, and cannot learn that you are a customer of any other shop. This is enforced by the system's design, not by policy alone.

إحنا ما بنبيعش بياناتك ولا بنأجّرها ولا بنشاركها مع أي جهة تانية لأغراض تسويقية. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

محافظ آبل وجوجلApple Wallet and Google Wallet

عشان نوصّل كارتك لمحفظة موبايلك، بنبعت لآبل أو جوجل اسم المحل واسمك الأول ورصيدك الحالي ووصف المكافأة. ما بنبعتش رقم موبايلك. استخدامك لمحفظة موبايلك بيخضع لسياسة الخصوصية بتاعة آبل أو جوجل. To deliver your card to your phone's wallet, we send Apple or Google the shop name, your first name, your current balance, and a description of the reward. We do not send your phone number. Your use of the wallet itself is governed by Apple's or Google's own privacy policy.

مدة الاحتفاظHow long we keep it

بنحتفظ ببياناتك طول ما كارتك شغّال. لو المحل وقف البرنامج أو إنت طلبت المسح، بنمسح اسمك ورقمك ويفضل سجل الزيارات من غير أي بيانات تدل عليك، عشان يفضل سجل المحل المحاسبي سليم. We keep your data while your card is active. If the shop ends its programme, or you ask us to erase your data, we remove your name and phone number and retain the visit history with nothing that identifies you, so the shop's own records stay complete.

حقوقكYour rights

تحت قانون حماية البيانات المصري، من حقك:Under Egypt's data protection law, you have the right to:

• تعرف إيه البيانات اللي عندنا عنكKnow what data we hold about you
• تصحّح أي بيان غلطCorrect anything that is wrong
• تطلب مسح بياناتكRequest erasure of your data
• توقف الإشعارات في أي وقت بإنك تشيل الكارت من محفظتكStop notifications at any time by removing the card from your wallet

الحمايةSecurity

البيانات بتتنقل مشفّرة، وبتتخزن على سيرفرات محمية بصلاحيات وصول محدودة. أرقام الموبايل ما بتظهرش في أي رابط أو سجل تشغيل. Data is encrypted in transit and stored on access-controlled servers. Phone numbers never appear in URLs or application logs.

التغييراتChanges

لو غيّرنا السياسة دي، هنحدّث التاريخ فوق. التغييرات الجوهرية هنبلّغ بيها المحلات اللي بتستخدم لوبين. If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Material changes will be communicated to the shops using Loopin.
